GENERAL SCHOOL RULES

Respect towards educators and peers always.

Learners must behave themselves properly.

Foul language or indecent behavior will not be tolerated.
No eating allowed during any class session.

No CHEWING GUM allowed on school premises.

Neatness: Learners must be correctly dressed in the prescribed school uniform.

THE SCHOOL CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR THE LOSS OF CLOTHES OR ANY PERSONAL PROPERTY. LEARNERS MUST TAKE CARE OF THEIR BELONGINGS.

No pets, toys or valuables to be brought to school except when required for a specific task or if specifically requested by an educator. This causes a lot of problems.

The school will not be held liable for any damages or stolen toys.

Doctor’s and dentist’s appointments: To be made for after school hours please.

Parents are requested to keep sick learners at home. It is inconvenient when educators must arrange for parents/guardians to fetch a sick child soon after school has commenced.

A letter of excuse must be supplied each time when learners are late for school or during illness.

Please inform us in case of serious illnesses.

Ring worms (white round patches on scalp). As this is an extremely contagious condition, parents/guardians are requested to help the school with this sensitive situation. To avoid uneasiness or embarrassment for yourself and child, you are requested to inspect your child’s scalp on a regular basis and if ringworms are detected, please take your child to a doctor/clinic immediately for the necessary antibiotic medication and treatment.

Circulars: Signed reply slips, from circulars/notices, to be returned the following day.
